What does 0% markup actually mean?+
Meta charges for every WhatsApp template message (₹0.8631 for marketing in India). We bill you exactly that, with nothing added. You pay BigRadar only your plan fee.
Is the AI really included?+
Yes. Every paid plan has a monthly AI quota (250, 750 or 2,000 resolutions). Past that, extra resolutions cost ₹10–15 depending on plan, and you can set a spend cap so there are no surprises. Meta's own per-reply charge (below) still applies, at Meta's rate.
From 1 Oct, Meta charges for replies too. Does that hit AI replies?+
Yes, for every WhatsApp tool. From 1 Oct 2026 Meta charges ₹0.115 per service reply, AI replies included, after the first 1,000 free per number each month. We pass it on at Meta's rate with ₹0 added, same as every other message.
The WhatsApp Business app is free. Why pay?+
The app is fine for chatting. It caps broadcasts at 256 people who saved your number, runs on one phone, has no AI and no campaign numbers, and bulk sending from it can get your number restricted. If you want to sell to your whole customer list, you need the official API.
Can I upload my existing customer list?+
Yes, from Excel or CSV, including offline store customers. Message only people who agreed to hear from you: Meta requires opt-in.
Will my number get blocked?+
Approved templates sent through the official API to opted-in customers is the way Meta wants bulk messaging done. Numbers get restricted when lots of people block or report you, so send relevant offers to people who asked for them. We help you set that up.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account and data stay; campaigns and AI pause.
My number is on the WhatsApp Business app. Can I use it?+
Yes. It has to move from the app to the official WhatsApp Business API. We walk you through it on WhatsApp, usually the same day.
Do I need a developer?+
