Connect a WhatsApp Business Account

BigRadar sends and receives through your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), set up once via Meta's embedded signup — no separate Meta Business Manager setup required beforehand.

Start the connection
In the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and find the WhatsApp card.
Fill in your business profile
Enter the business/display name customers will see, the phone number you want to connect (this becomes your WhatsApp number — it can't already be active on regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business), and a business email.
Connect with Facebook
Review the profile preview, then click Connect with Facebook. This opens Meta's WhatsApp embedded signup in a popup — phone verification and WABA creation happen inside that popup, not in BigRadar.
Let BigRadar finish onboarding
When the popup finishes, BigRadar runs three steps automatically and shows each one completing:
1. Registering as a tech partner with Meta
2. Connecting your number's webhook
3. Subscribing to WhatsApp events
If a step fails, retry resumes from that step rather than repeating the ones that already succeeded.
Test it
Text Hi to your connected number from a personal phone. It should show up in your BigRadar inbox within a few seconds.
