Send your first Outreach campaign

This walks through the native Chat/Banner/Post builder, the simplest complete path end to end. Email and WhatsApp campaigns follow the same shape (content → audience → send) in their own wizards — see the note at the end.

1. Open Outreach and pick a channel

   From the dashboard, go to Outreach → New campaign, and choose Chat, Banner or Post. These render inside your product/site directly — no separate connected channel required.

2. Write the content

   Compose the message the campaign shows.

3. Choose the audience

   Target everyone, or narrow by filters or a saved segment — the same audience model used across BigRadar's other campaign types.

4. Set the trigger

   Send immediately, or schedule it. This is when the campaign starts firing, not how often a single visitor sees it.

5. Set the frequency

   Cap how many times a single person can be shown this campaign, so a returning visitor isn't re-served the same message on every visit.

6. Pick a goal

   e.g. conversation_started — what counts as this campaign working, shown back in its results.

7. Choose the sender

   A teammate or an AI agent — whoever the message appears to come from and who picks up any resulting conversation.

8. Launch

   Set start (and optionally end) dates and launch. The campaign appears in the Outreach list with live results as it runs.
