Shopify

An app install, not a script tag — BigRadar reads your orders and customers to give support agents real context.

  1. Install the app

    Install BigRadar AI Chat from the Shopify App Store, or from the BigRadar dashboard: Settings → Integrations, enter your store's my-store.myshopify.com domain and click Connect.

  2. Approve the permissions

    Shopify shows a consent screen for the data BigRadar reads: products, orders and customers. Approving takes you back to BigRadar.

  3. Link the store to a workspace

    Pick which BigRadar workspace this store belongs to. Storefront chats will land in that workspace's inbox.

  4. Turn on the storefront embed

    In Shopify admin: Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, enable BigRadar Messenger. This is a separate switch from the install itself — the app can be installed and linked without the messenger showing yet.

What connecting gets you

A visitor logged into a Shopify customer account is identified automatically — name, email and Shopify customer ID are attached to their conversation the same way In-app Web's data-user-* attributes work. Your team sees the customer's recent orders alongside the chat.
