  • Cancellation by User: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of our terms of service or misuse of our platform. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancellation by User: You can cancel your annual subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of our terms of service or misuse of our platform. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

3.1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund Requests: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee.

3.2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund Requests: If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription.
