What counts as an AI resolution?
A resolution is a conversation Ethan AI answers and closes end-to-end with no human touch. Conversations Ethan hands off to your team are never billed — you only count resolutions that actually saved your team work.
What happens when I use up my included resolutions?
Extra resolutions are $0.79 each, billed monthly as an add-on. You can set a monthly spend cap, and Ethan keeps working as a regular chatbot handoff once you hit it — conversations are never dropped.
Are seats really unlimited on every plan?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, comes with unlimited team members. We never charge per seat — growing your team should not grow your bill.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get the full plan, including Ethan AI resolutions, so you can watch the resolution rate on your own dashboard before paying.
How does WhatsApp pricing work?
Meta charges a per-conversation fee for WhatsApp Business API. We pass it through at cost with zero markup — you pay BigRadar only your plan price.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data after the trial ends?
We keep your data for 14 days after your trial expires. Upgrade within that window and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Do you help with migration from Intercom, Drift or Zendesk?
Yes — migration is free and done for you by our team, usually in under a day. Your conversation history, contacts and saved replies come with you.
