We never use pre-ticked or opt-in boxes — consent is always given separately for each matter, and withdrawing it is straightforward.
International data transfers
Our servers span the U.S., Europe, Canada and India. Where personal data from the EEA is transferred to these facilities or to third-party providers, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure recipients protect that data in accordance with European data protection law. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided on request.
